Our story

Ogotlhe Holdings (Pty) Ltd was established in 2015 in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga, with a simple objective: keep clients operating. What began with automotive and heavy equipment glass fitment expanded — driven by client demand — into air-conditioning installation and maintenance, architectural glazing, aluminium works and selected fabrication.

Today the business operates four service divisions with mobile teams covering Mpumalanga, Gauteng and Limpopo, supporting mines, engineering groups, fleet operators, municipalities and property clients.

Our growth has come from repeat work rather than once-off jobs. Clients return because the response is fast, the workmanship holds up, and safety is never treated as optional.

Our team

Technical competence is the core of the business — every division is staffed by people who have worked in operating industrial environments.

Technical teams

Qualified air-conditioning and glass technicians, site-inducted for mining, plant-hire and industrial environments.

Supervision and coordination

Job planning, materials procurement and scheduling handled in-house so site work runs to plan.

Safety and quality oversight

Pre-use inspections, safe work procedures and post-work checks applied on every assignment.

Values and culture

How our teams work on site — and how we deal with the people who hire us.

Safety first

No task proceeds without planning, risk assessment and the correct protective equipment.

Accountability

We take ownership of the work we quote, the work we deliver and the work we stand behind.

Pride in workmanship

Approved materials, correct specifications and a finish we are willing to put our name on.

Respect and communication

Clear feedback to site management, honest timelines and responsive follow-up.

Long-term partnerships

We are structured for ongoing service relationships rather than once-off transactions: scheduled maintenance programmes, priority call-out support, consistent teams on your site, and pricing that holds up over the life of a contract. Our clients know who is arriving, what standard to expect and who is accountable for the outcome.

We serve with pride — and we plan to be there next year too.
